4. Loan cannot exceed three years

Home Loan Qualifications

1. Must be employed
2. Provide proof of income
3. House payment cannot exceed %25 of your monthly income.
4. Home must pass all inspections and due diligence

Education Loan

1. Must have graduated high school with a 2.8 grade average minimum
2. College must be an accredited school
3. Must maintain a 2.8 grade average or better.
4. Must have a degree type and major declared.

Business Loan

1. Must have three year business plan
2. Have a background in the field of your business
3. Have a bachelors degree or higher in business or related field or technical trade certificate
4. If the field is green related we reserve the right to partner with you since we are in the green environment field
5. We also reserve the first right of refusal for the purchase of your business
